Took a nap...

Yesterday I took a nap with Hyrum in my bed. Before we fell asleep I tickeled Hyrum some and we pointed out different parts of our faces. We settled down and Hyrum was asleep pretty quickly. I fell asleep not long after he did. I woke up to the feel of my eyelashes gently being touched on one eye and then the next and back again. Then I felt a soft warm hand gently touch my brow and go down to my cheek. I opened my eyes and it was my sweet 2 1/2 year old boy. I don't think I will ever forget that moment. There are times I wonder how I can handle him for another day. The tantrums, the unability to express what he wants, the messes.... And then the moments like this one come and I wouldn't trade all the tantrums in the world for it.
